Alexandra Willey
Alex grew up in New Mexico, with a five year stint living in New York City working with food and baking bread professionally. She moved back to New Mexico to be closer to her family and the mountains. Alex received an undergraduate degree from UNM in Emergency Medical Services. She is currently pursuing a Masters in Public Administration focusing on nonprofit management and public policy. She has spent the last two years working with local nonprofits that aim to increase access to fresh produce throughout the state. Her goal is to increase food security and improve food systems in New Mexico. Alex lives in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains and spends her spare time mountain biking and chasing after three retired racing greyhounds.
